Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our manufacturing or suppliers team. Consequently, you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once stock has been delivered to 2plus1equals2. 2plus1equals2 will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by a manufacturer. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at 2plus1equals2. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.
Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.

Buying a Gift Card
If you are buying a virtual Gift Card for someone, then it will be e-mailed to the recipient once your order for the Gift Card has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to you as confirmation of dispatch.
If you are buying a physical Gift Card for someone, then it will be posted to the recipient once your order for the Gift Card has been processed and payment has been taken. An email will be sent to you as confirmation of its dispatch. Please note that shipping charges will apply to physical Gift Cards and this will be applied at check out.

If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire the day on which you (or someone you nominate, other than a carrier) receive the shipping confirmation of the goods.
Please note that cancellation of item(s) not already manufactured is not available after the manufacturing of said item(s).
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by letter to: Notice of Contract Cancellation, Customer Care Department, 2WO+1NE=2, 26 Akadimias Str, 10671 Athens, Attica, or by email to: sales@2plus1equals2.com.
For orders cancelled, we will issue you with a full refund including the shipping cost paid by you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the re-imbursement.
Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until the day you receive your shipping notification, by email or post as described above. Any order shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation of the order (before the order is shipped) is eligible only on regular priced items. Unfortunattely, items on sale cannot be cancelled.
Our FREE COLLECTIONS SERVICE (see below) is not available for orders cancelled.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES USING OUR FREE COLLECTION SERVICE
You may want to exchange items using our free exchanges collection service. You must request your exchange and send your unwanted items back to us within 14 days for an exchange for any other item. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately, using the code provided by us.
Shipping is complementary on the replacement item, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply. See costs for Shipping and Returns.
Exchanges on FIT TO SIZE items are not available.
Please note our free collection service is not available for orders cancelled.
Our policy
Items should be returned unused and with all 2WO+1NE=2 designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Please email sales@2plus1equals2.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without 2WO+1NE=2 tags.
All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
SWIMWEAR
Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Exchanges will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and will be sent back to the customer.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for repair or exchange within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact Customer Care.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on 2plus1equals2. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate
REPEATED EXCHANGES
We offer a flexible exchange policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of exchanges made by customers, and continued exchanges will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your 2plus1equals account or future orders being refused.
NON 2plus1equals2 RETURNS
Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us which were not purchased from 2plus1equals2.com. This includes personal items as well as items which may have been purchased from other third party companies. These items are returned and then held by us entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to contact us in order to arrange their return. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to charge you an additional charge for this return. Please note that we will only ever be able to return the items to you, not to any third party company. Please also be aware that we make no commitment to hold these items for any set period of time, and so we reserve the right to dispose of these items as we deem fit.
LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY
We accept liability for death and personal injury arising from our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.

At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us, and hold us 2plus1equals2 harmless immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the Privacy Policy by you, including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.
OUR RELATIONSHIP
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and 2plus1equals2 as a result of the Privacy Policy or your use of this Site. NO WAIVER
